It's hard to believe we are about to enter into the final quarter of the year! Do you remember when we were talking about the New Year? It seems like that was only a couple of months ago....and now we are are gearing up for the fall season.
I admit, summer is my favorite season. Something about the heat and those long summer days does something to my soul. When the sun is shining, I wake up with a smile on my face that lasts the entire day. I guess it's the California girl in me that just longs to be hugged in warmth everyday! My shoulders being kissed by the sun in my strappy tops and dresses make me feel so alive. For me, sun equals happiness. So you can only imagine what that means for my mood.

While half of me wants to be sad that my favorite season is coming to an end, the other half secretly can't wait to to pull out my sweaters and layer up! Side note: I also realize I have way more boots and cold weather shoes than I do sandals and flip flops.... so choosing what to wear is about to get so much easier! It's always the battle of the shoes.... LOL!

Summer season coming to an end means it's game on for the final quarter of the year, which I basically sum up as the holiday season. If you have anything to do with retail, you know that this is the HECTIC time of the year when sleep is minimal and long working days are guaranteed!
So many of you have already reached out to inquire about Christmas gifts. With my current production time now running 6-8 weeks, I figured I'd better start planning now so I can stay ahead of the game. I have lots I want to do! Stay tuned for exclusive and limited deals in the months and weeks leading up to the big day. This will be the BEST year yet!

Last year I was blessed to be able to travel with THE GREY BUTTON to several cities and share my work. I enjoyed every bit of it!
