Everything is Golden!

There has been so much happening behind the scenes at The Grey Button lately, and if you haven't been keeping up with me on social media, you've definitely missed a few things.
The biggest news is that production is officially underway for the first run of the newly redesigned Corners bag. After years of handcrafting each one myself, it's exciting to finally see this next chapter coming to life. The early supporters who reserved their bags will be the first to receive them, and everything is still on track for shipping to begin in July.
I've also officially launched The Button Circle, my new loyalty and referral program. This has been something I've wanted to create for a long time because so many of you have supported my work over the years. Now you'll be able to earn points, rewards, discounts, exclusive offers, and even free Grey Button merchandise just by being part of the community and sharing the brand with others.
And speaking of creating...
Chapter 3 of The Book of Grey has officially been written.
This project is called Golden, a two-piece set made from a bold yellow fabric with wide black pinstripes. The top is cropped, and the skirt has a simple A-line flare. Nothing overly complicated. Just a clean silhouette that can be styled in so many different ways.
For the final look, I paired it with black patent leather pumps and my Mini Corners handbag. One of my favorite things about this project is that, outside of the shoes, I made everything.

As someone who spent years focused almost exclusively on handbags, it feels good to see myself creating garments again and actually finishing them.
In this chapter, I documented my draping, patternmaking, and sewing process from start to finish. Most of my ideas begin at home, usually in my living room, before making their way to the studio where the real work begins.
The Book of Grey is becoming exactly what I hoped it would be: a place where I can document my growth as a designer, experiment, learn, and challenge myself creatively. Years from now, I want to be able to look back at these chapters and see how far I've come.
There is a lot of movement happening right now, and honestly, it feels really good.
The bags are moving.The fashion is moving. The community is growing. I was even able to sneak some eye candy into this photoshoot from another project I'm working on! 👀
And I'm excited to bring you along for all of it.
