I woke up this morning and I just knew it was going to be one of those days. Not motivated and feeling defeated! I know it happens once and a while to the best of us but I HATE it! The good thing is I have a small group of awesome friends that I can always count on to help pull me out the funk and I am so thankful for them! There's no judment....just love. And today I needed it!!!! Every once in a while I get so frustrated because I set such HUGE expectations on myself that when things don't go how I planned them......I admit, it gets me down. But that's when my friends step in and remind me of just how far I've come and all that I am doing to acheive thos goals. Almost like a reality check so I don't get hung up on the little things and lose focus on the big picture. And I am eager to return the favor when they are having similar "bad" days. What do you do to put you back in a good mind space???? To help bring me to my happy place today, I decided to take a small break from the work room and soak up some sun.....it always seems to brighten my day. Maybe it's the vitimin D, or it's just the fresh air....but it worked. I feel a whole lot better. Refocused and ready to get back to work!
