This bag was requested by a client who’s only instruction was to have a big butterfly on it…I was able to freestyle the rest. Once again, I didn’t have a plan before I got started…I just allowed the paint <and my mood> to lead the way.
I recall what I was thinking the moment I sat down to paint. I had been deep in my thoughts with how to take THE GREY BUTTON to the next level. Having a vision in my mind and also praying for the clarity on how to get from where I currently am to where I want to go. Thankfully the pathway is getting clearer.
So influenced by my state of mind plus my optimism, this bag started to shape up quite quickly. When I finished painting, stood back and looked at it….I thought, “this bag represents next level growth”….and it also reminds me to enjoy the beauty of the journey along the way.
