It seems like every time I have a chance to break away from my sewing machines and actually sit in front of the computer, something new and exciting is happening! All I can say is- KEEP SENDING THE GOOD VIBES MY WAY! Since our last update, we have finalized the details for the next TRUNK SHOW which is planned for my return trip home to California and just so happens to be Mother's Day Weekend! What makes this extremely exciting about this event is that I will be teaming up with Dr. Ally and Kybra, two ladies I've known since our early college days, for the very first time to create a fabulous shopping experience. Both are very creative women so I know whatever they have imagined up will be nothing short of beautiful! I can't wait to witness their creativity first hand for this showcase! This will be held at a PRIVATE LOCATION so it is vital that you RSVP. The last time I was in LA you all welcomed me home with open arms...I hope I get to see more of you this time around. I thought I would pull out some old school items for today's look. First off- this JACKET that I loooooove!!! (Marc Jacobs I found at a 2nd hand store BRAND NEW for less than $10!) Does the cheaper the cost of things make you even happier about them or is it just me? I felt like I was WINNING!!!! And the very first Leo bag I ever made! I came up with this style when I teamed up with my sewing friend Adrienne Nixon in a challenge to create a mini collection. Mine was all about COLOR and her's was clean and crisp and ALL WHITE.!
