I just HAD to hop on real quick and share Yolanda's bag with the Button Family who is not on social media. Often times I am putting together bags in basic colors. But every now and then I get to make something really special and Yolanda's bag is one of them!
She wanted the WEEKENDER and she wanted a color that I had not done before, a custom diagnal purple stripe! I knew from the moment I was tasked with the job that if it looked anything like I imagined in my head, it would be beautiful. And so I made sure to record the coloring process. I share these videos all the time on my Facebook and Instagram pages but rarely here on my blog. Many people enjoy watching them...and I admit, I do too. For some reason I like to go back to watch myself painting in fast motion and it makes me think, "did I do that?"
Yolanda loves her new WEEKENDER and the colors fit her beautiful spirit! This purple stripe is REGAL!

Last year I was blessed to be able to travel with THE GREY BUTTON to several cities and share my work. I enjoyed every bit of it!
